The short version: Scoops Up! is a free game for you to enjoy. Play fair, don't try to break or copy it, and understand it's provided "as is." It's free with no ads and no in-app purchases.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Bust A Bully ("we", "us", "our") for the mobile game Scoops Up! (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or playing the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play Scoops Up! on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Scoops Up! is offered free of charge. It contains no advertising and no in-app purchases. We may add, change, or remove features in future updates.

The App and everything in it — its name, characters, artwork, illustrations, music, sound, code, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. "Scoops Up!" and its characters are our marks. You may not use them without our written permission.
Scoops Up! is family-friendly and suitable for children. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. We encourage parents to supervise their children's play.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle data (in short: no accounts, no ads, no personal information).
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that progress will always be preserved. You use the App at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App. Because the App is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for it — which is nothing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Scoops Up! is downloaded through Apple's App Store, and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These Terms are between you and us, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them.
We may update these Terms or the App from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. We may suspend or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time. You may stop using the App and delete it at any time.
